%X Durante la reparaci¨®n de un ventilador de recirculaci¨®n de gases de la caldera en una planta termoel¨¦ctrica, se modifican las dimensiones de los cojinetes de deslizamiento lubricados por aros, que sirven de apoyo al rotor. Se decide entonces analizar la posibilidad de emplear el mismo lubricante que antes de la reparaci¨®n. Para evaluar el uso del aceite propuesto se utiliza la norma ISO 7902 ¡°Hydrodynamic plain journal bearing under steady-state conditions ¨C Circular cylindrical bearings¡±, que permite verificar la capacidad de trabajo de un cojinete de deslizamiento en condiciones de lubricaci¨®n hidrodin¨¢mica para un lubricante seleccionado, con una geometr¨ªa y sistema de cargas en una aplicaci¨®n de cojinete. En el art¨ªculo se expone un ejemplo pr¨¢ctico de an¨¢lisis evaluaci¨®n del lubricante en una aplicaci¨®n t¨ªpica de cojinete de deslizamiento.During the repair of a recirculation gases fan in the boiler in a thermoelectric plant frequently are modified the dimensions of the plain bearings lubricated. In this case, it is necessary to analyze the possibility to use the same one lubricant that before the repair. The standard ISO 7902 "Hydrodynamic plain journal bearing under steady-state conditions - Circulate cylindrical bearings", it is used to verify the capacity of work of a plain bearing under conditions of hydrodynamic lubrication for a selected lubricant, with a geometry and loads given system. In this paper a procedure to verify the capacity of plain bearings taking into account a specific lubricant is given. Moreover, a sample of analysis of lubricant film thickness capacity for an application in plain journal bearing is presented.
