%X The research ascertain about the senses that young persons, in the high mountain from the Colombian Andean Zone, assign to his condition as ¡°rural youth¡± and if they are the same senses that give the agents of the State in the public policies of youth. From the analysis and interpretations realized, arises the category of ¡°rural youth¡± including as Life Project, and in this category emerges, in turn, the subcategories of ¡°Social Perentorium¡± and ¡°Rural Social Moratorium¡±, subject to its consolidation through future research.
