%X Indaga-se sobre a rela  o entre a institucionaliza  o da participa  o pol¨ªtica vinculada ¨¤ cria  o dos partidos pol¨ªticos nacionais e o personalismo pol¨ªtico ligado ¨¤ id¨¦ia de l¨ªder carism¨¢tico, no contexto da pol¨ªtica paranaense de fins dos anos quarenta e meados dos anos cinq¨¹enta. Destaca-se o jogo pol¨ªtico partid¨¢rio onde se usa do expediente da den¨²ncia de corrup  o e do envolvimento de segmentos agr¨¢rios que reivindicam o direito ¨¤ legitima  o da propriedade da terra. O conflito entre aqueles grupos favoreceu a articula  o pol¨ªtico-militar, que colocou em xeque a rep¨²blica brasileira, na d¨¦cada posterior. Para tipificar as caracter¨ªsticas do personalista pol¨ªtico usa-se a t¨¦cnica de an¨¢lise do discurso nos editoriais e notici¨¢rio dos matutinos curitibanos e nas mensagens de governo encaminhadas ¨¤ Assembl¨¦ia Legislativa do Estado. It is enquired into the relationship among the institutionalization of the political participation related to the creation of the national political parties and the political personalism linked to the idea of charismatic leader, in the context of the politics in Paran¨¢ in the late forties and middle fifties. The political party game is stood out, where it is used the issue of the corruption exposure and the involvement of the agrarian segments that demand the right to legitimate the land property. The conflict among those groups favoured the political-military articulation that put in check the Brazilian republic, in the following decade. The technique of the discourse analysis in the editorials and morning news from Curitiba and the government messages addressed to the Legislative Assembly of the State is used to typify the characteristics of the political personalist.
