%X Taking as reference a popular saying, this article aims to defend the thesis that Hobbes¡¯ State bases itself on force and in reason. On that perspective, it will analyse the notion of disobedience and, in conclusion shows that the saying can be true according to Hobbes¡¯ philosophy, but it has to be added of some explanation.
