%X The aim of this paper is to examine the notions of representation and authority in Hobbes¡¯s argument. These notions are important to the understanding of how the sovereign acts in relation to its members. Thus, demystifies itself to the interpretation which highlights the political state proposed by the philosopher is contrary to individual rights.
