%X Primary adrenal lymphoma and lymphomas involving the adrenal glands are rare. Involvement of the adrenal gland with Hodgkin lymphoma is rarely reported in the literature. Here we report a 69-year-old male who was operated due to a mass lesion in his left adrenal region with a clinical diagnosis of surrenal carcinoma. Histopathological examination revealed a Hodgkin lymphoma of nodular sclerosing type.
