It is characterized byfever and rashes in childhood. Pneumonia is one of the most serious complications of chickenpox seen during the course of the disease in adults. For adults, the incidence of varicella pneumonia is 0.25-1.8%. Tachypnea, cough, fever and dyspnea are the most common symptoms. Two female cases, 46 and 34 years old were admitted to our clinic with complaints of cough, dyspnea, tachypnea and mild vesicular skin rashes. Bilateral nodular infiltrations were established on radiological examination. These two cases, diagnosed as varicella pneumonia by clinical and radiological findings, are reported due to their uncommon occurrence. %K Pneumonia %K chickenpox %K complication %U http://www.toraks.org.tr/journal/text.php3?id=657
