The study was conducted using quantitative and qualitative research methods (Instrument and focus group discussions). 62 teachers responded the survey and 20 teachers participated in the focus group discussions. Therefore a total of 82 teachers constituted the study group. Mixed method was used in the study. Scale developed by Ergin (1996) was used for quantitative data collection. Analysis and comparisons were based on aritmethic means.
