%X Persian Ahlaku¡¯s-Saltana, believed to be written by the Persian historian Vassaf, presented to the Ilkhanid ruler Muhammad Hudabende, was translated into Turkish in different periods. One of these translations belongs to Kavalal  H¨¹seyin Kaz m. H¨¹seyin Kaz m made an authentic translation of some parts of Ahlaku¡¯s-saltana, adding a long introduction. It was presented to Sultan Abd¨¹laziz (1861-1876) with the title Risale-i Seciyye. The single copy of Risale-i Seciyye, which we have discovered so far, is located in Turkish Manuscripts of Topkapi Palace Museum, Mehmed Re ad Library, no: 925. Consisting of 32 leaves, the work was written in talik script. In this study, Risale-i Seciyye is transcribed; its language, stylistic features and content are discussed. The source text Ahlaku¡¯s-saltana and Risale-i Seciyye are compared in terms of content and style.
