%X O presente artigo tem o objetivo mais amplo de fazer uma conex o entre o estudo hermen那utico-constitucional com as premissas b芍sicas da interpreta  o das normas referentes aos direitos fundamentais. A metodologia empregada em sua consecu  o foca-se no escrut赤nio de sistemas hermen那uticos, extraindo as suas pondera  es mais relevantes para a conex o visada. Como resultados dessa pesquisa empreendida, h芍 de se destacar que, no atual momento de interpreta  o do direito, n o h芍 como se furtar a compreender a sua sistematicidade sem dispensar a devida aten  o 角 intersec  o entre as pretens es advindas dos direitos fundamentais e a instrumentaliza  o de sua conex o com os pressupostos hermen那uticos. Conclui-se que o estudo hermen那utico-constitucional 谷 indispens芍vel para a concretiza  o m芍xima dos direitos fundamentais, principalmente em suas dimens es mais concretas no atual cen芍rio jur赤dico brasileiro. ABSTRACT: This article makes a broader connection between the constitutional hermeneutic study and the basic assumptions of the fundamental rights interpretation rules. The methodology employed in its work focuses on the scrutiny of hermeneutic systems, extracting their most relevant to the connection targeted fundamental rights principles. The results of this survey represent that there is not possible to circumvent the juridical order systematicity without giving the needed attention to the intersection between the fundamental rights and the operational content of its connection with hermeneutical-constitutional deliberations. It is concluded that the study of constitutional hermeneutic is essential for achieving the maximum of fundamental rights, especially in its most concrete designs, in the current Brazilian legal scenario.
