%0 Journal Article %T Good Governance in the EU %A Gina Livioara GOGA %J Acta Universitatis Danubius : Juridica %D 2009 %I Danubius University %X Considering the EU adhesion, good governance has been analyzed from different perspectives, in the judicial literature being an analytic model or a normative concept. Some authors have wondered if this concept is a fashion, comprising some older ideas and principles, while other authors have asserted that the reasons why different methods of governance appear in the EU are based on ˇ°the complexity and the uncertainty of the problems on the agenda, an irreducible, the new approaches on public administration and law, hidden competencies, legitimacy and subsidiarityˇ±.
