%X SUMMARY. Endobronchial chondroma is a rare benign endobronchial tumour that may lead to obstruction, infection and destruction of lung tissue. Radical resection is curative, except when the chondroma is associated with other malignant neoplasms (Carney¡¯s triad). We describe a case of endobronchial chondroma in a young man which was successfully managed by segmentectomy. Pneumon 2010, 23(2):168-175.
