%X The architecture of our ancestors (mediaeval architectural design, folkarchitecture) can serve as a model for recent ecological architecture (concern choice ofmaterial or construction). This work is dealing with a special kind of mediaeval buildingsuch as with rotunda. Here, we deal with the practicality of the mediaeval design and withconstructional questions of the rotunda. There is shown, how a rotunda can bereconstructed from its recently exposed fundament.
