%X El presente trabajo se realiz車 teniendo en cuenta la insuficiente bibliograf赤a sobre el tema y la necesidad de sistematizar el uso de las t谷cnicas con recursos art赤sticos, en la atenci車n primaria. Tuvo por objetivos mostrar su utilidad, c車mo insertarlas en las principales tareas de salud y orientar metodol車gicamente su implementaci車n en la atenci車n primaria de salud (APS). Se realiz車 una extensa revisi車n bibliogr芍fica y se analizaron experiencias en el trabajo en este nivel de atenci車n, se expusieron las principales caracter赤sticas de las terapias con recursos art赤sticos, y se estructuraron orientaciones metodol車gicas para una implementaci車n eficiente. Se concluy車 que la creatividad es el principal elemento integrador y de crecimiento que posibilita la efectividad de estas t谷cnicas, y que una adecuada aplicaci車n de las orientaciones metodol車gicas posibilita la obtenci車n de 谷xitos en torno al crecimiento de la salud en las tareas de la APS The present paper was made taking into account the insufficient bibliography on this topic and the need to systematize the use of techniques with artistic resources in primary health care. The objective of this paper was to demonstrate the usefulness of these techniques, the way to insert them in the main health tasks and to methodologically regulate their implementation at the primary health care level (PHC). An extensive bibliographic review was made and some working experiences at this care level were analyzed. The main characteristics of the therapies with artistic resources were shown and methodological instructions were structured for an efficient implementation. It was concluded that creativity is the main integrating and growth element that makes possible the effectiveness of these techniques and that an adequate application of the methodological instructions allows to succeed in the growth of health in the PHC tasks
