%X Cuba, evidenciando su preocupaci車n por mantenerse alejada de las drogas, es signataria de los convenios internacionales, participa activamente en las sesiones convocadas al respecto, y en correspondencia con las obligaciones contra赤das por ser signataria, adopta las medidas de orden legislativo y administrativo en relaci車n con los principios y medidas que establecen estas convenciones, que constituyen las bases legales de la actuaci車n m谷dica ante el uso de drogas il赤citas en el pa赤s. El contenido de estas bases legales sustenta la correcta actuaci車n del m谷dico y su equipo de salud ante el uso de estas sustancias, y cualquier desviaci車n o incumplimiento ser芍 objeto de la aplicaci車n de las medidas que en el orden administrativo, civil o penal est谷n previstas en la legislaci車n cubana. Motivado por el inter谷s de dar a conocer algunas de las disposiciones jur赤dicas establecidas al respecto, realizamos esta revisi車n bibliogr芍fica con la intenci車n de contribuir a la labor educativa permanente que tribute en la prevenci車n y el control del uso indebido de drogas. Cuba, as a proof of its concern in keeping away from drugs, signs the international agreements, takes an active part in the sessions convoked on this regard and, in accordance with the obligations assumed as a signatory country, adopts the administrative and legal measures in relation to the principles and resolutions established by these conventions that constitute the legal bases of medical acting in the case of use of street drugs in the country. The content of these legal bases supports the correct acting of the physician and his team when these substances are used, and any deviation or nonfulfilment will be the object of the application of the administrative, civilian or legal measures established in the Cuban legislation. Motivated by the interest of making known some of the juridical decrees in that respect, we made this bibliographic review in order to contribute to the permanent educative work directed to the prevention and control of the inadequate use of drugs.
