%X Se realiz車 la presentaci車n cl赤nica de un paciente de 56 a os de edad a quien se le practic車 un trasplante renal de donante vivo en el Instituto Nacional de Nefrolog赤a, en Cuba y a los 4   meses de evoluci車n se le diagnostic車 un sarcoma de Kaposi el cual tuvo una evoluci車n desfavorable, no respondi車 a las medidas terap谷uticas prescritas que incluyeron reducci車n de la inmunosupresi車n y radioterapia, se disemin車 el proceso tumoral por todo el cuerpo e hizo met芍stasis a est車mago. Se presentaron las lesiones propias de este proceso tumoral. The case of a 56-year-old patient who underwent a kidney transplant from a living donor at the National Nephrology Institute, Cuba, and at the 4   months was diagnosed a Kaposi's sarcoma, was clinically presented. His evolution was not favorable, since he did not answer to the therapeutical measures prescribed that included the reduction of immunosuppression and radiotherapy. The tumoral process spreaded over the whole body and it metastasized to the stomach. The characteristic lesions of this tumoral process were presented.
