%X The coming decades will require a high dose human creativity and genius. To cultivate on time the creative thinking seems to be a necessary command if it is wanted that the challenges ahead will not surprise with a style of thinking enclosed in a few flexible and stagnant paradigm. The objective of these pages is to analyses the creativity as a complex human process and its importance in the field of science and engineering. Los pr¨®ximos decenios requerir¨¢n de la humanidad una alta dosis de creatividad e ingenio. Cultivar a tiempo la reflexi¨®n creativa parece ser un imperativo necesario si se desea que los retos que se avecinan no sorprendan con un estilo de pensamiento enclaustrado en paradigmas poco flexibles y anquilosados. El objetivo de est¨¢s p¨¢ginas es realizar un an¨¢lisis de la creatividad como proceso humano complejo y su trascendencia en el ¨¢mbito de la ciencia y la ingenier¨ªa.
