%X Objetivo: examinar la validez y fiabilidad de una encuesta de autoreporte para los trastornos de comportamiento alimentario (TCA) en estudiantes universitarios. M谷todos: elaboraci車n de una encuesta para diagn車stico de TCA; prueba en pacientes y en poblaci車n universitaria; validaci車n por entrevista estructurada para diagn車stico de TCA. Resultados: los pacientes con TCA presentaron puntuaciones > 23. Las preguntas se correlacionaron significativamente con la puntuaci車n global con y sin el 赤tem incluido en la muestra total y las submuestras. La confiabilidad en el test-retest fue buena con correlaci車n de 0.91 en la puntuaci車n total y sin diferencias por sexo. La sensibilidad y especificidad fueron de 90.5 a 94.5% y de 74.5 a 80% respectivamente, con valor predictivo positivo entre 91 y 94%. Conclusiones: la encuenta (ECA) es un instrumento consistente, v芍lido, confiable y 迆til para la tamizaci車n de los TCA y probablemente para el diagn車stico de los mismos. Objetive: to establish validity and reproductibility of eating disorders autoreport screening questionnaire (EDQ) in universitary students. Methods: Elaboration and testing of an diagnostic EDQ in patients and universitary students; it was validated by structured interview for eating disorders (E.D). Results: the EDQ scored 3 23 in patiensts with E.D. The 31 questions were significatively correlated (Cronbach a) to global score with and without each 赤tem in the sample and subsamples (n=482). Test-Retestfiability correlation in global score was good (n=159, r=0.91) without differences by sex. A 90.5% to 94.5% and 74.5% a 80% sensibility and specificity respectively were observed for subsamples and total sample; predictive positive valu谷 was between 91% and 94%. Conclusions: The EDQ is an screening autoreport for E.D with internal and external validity; its reproductibility and utility is good and probably can cand be used for E.D diagnoses.
