%0 Journal Article %T International coalitions in Brazil¡¯s foreign policy: security and governance reform %A Alcides Costa Vaz %J Revista CIDOB d'Afers Internacionals %D 2012 %I CIDOB %X The text analyses the relevance and role of international coalitions as instruments and arenas for negotiation in the context of Brazilian foreign policy under Luis In¨¢cio Lula da Silva (2003-2010), and the perspectives they bring to the attainment of the goal of reforming the spaces and instruments of global governance in the political, economic and security spheres.
