This paper explores how Bakoni Malapa Open Air Museum preserves the culture of the Bakoni people by showcasing their cultural heritage and educating visitors about it. Although various methods are used to preserve the culture of the Bakoni people, this paperĄ¯s analyses are based on just two of the museumĄ¯s main activities in connection with intangible heritage ¨C putting on demonstrations of traditional cultural practices and demonstrating craft techniques.
