A comparative analysis of judicial review decisions from post每communist Hungary, post每Apartheid South Africa and post每dictatorial Argentina is meant to show每case how judges have, more or less successfully, recognised and pedagogically engaged social negative feelings of resentment and indignation towards former victimisers and beneficiaries of violence. Thus, the article hopes to pave the way for more in每depth research on one of the most neglecteddimensions of post每conflict societies: public affect. %K Justicia transicional %K revisi車n judicial %K sentimientos p迆blicos/Transitional justice %K judicial review %K public sentiments %U http://www.identidadcolectiva.es/pdf/60.pdf
