%X This paper introduces some generalized ratio and product methods of estimation for estimating the population total Y. In addition to many Srivenkataramana and Tracy (1979) estimators are shown as members of the proposed estimators. The properties of the suggested estimators have been studied and merits are examined through numerical illustration
