%X El extremo Sur de la regi¨®n del Gran Chaco ocupa el Norte de la provincia de San Luis y el Oeste y Norte de la provincia de C¨®rdoba. Se realiz¨® un estudio preliminar de la flora de macrol¨ªquenes de esta regi¨®n. Se identificaron un total de veinte g¨¦neros con cincuenta y tres especies y se presentan claves de g¨¦neros y especies. El presente trabajo incluye datos sobre la ecolog¨ªa de las especies en el ¨¢rea de estudio, datos bibliogr¨¢ficos sobre distribuci¨®n de las especies en Argentina y citas bibliogr¨¢ficas sobre iconograf¨ªa para algunas de las especies identificadas. Se citan por primera vez tres especies para Argentina, dieciocho para la provincia de C¨®rdoba y diecis¨¦is para San Luis y se amplia el h¨¢bito para tres especies. The South of the Gran Chaco region includes the North of the province of San Luis and the West and North of the province of Cordoba (Argentina). A preliminary study of the macrolichen flora of this region was developed. A total of twenty genera with fifty three species were identified. The present study includes ecological data of the species in the studied region, bibliographical data about the distribution of the species in Argentina and bibliographic reports of iconography for some species. Three species are reported for the first time for Argentina, eigthteen for Cordoba province and sixteen for San Luis province. The specific substrate for three species was extended.
