The model is applied to simulate the diesel engine combustion emissions, when different blends of jatropha biodiesel and diesel are used as fuel for diesel engine. Simulation results the variation of the mole fractions of various combustion emission products with the equivalence ratio, when different blends of jatropha biodiesel and diesel are used as fuel.
