%X En Brasil, la investigaci車n con seres humanos debe obedecer las directrices 谷ticas previstas por la Resoluci車n 196/96 del Consejo Nacional de Salud del Ministerio de Salud. Este art赤culo da cuenta de una evaluaci車n sobre el conocimiento de los alumnos de posgrado en Odontolog赤a sobre algunos conceptos y reglas establecidas por la resoluci車n. Se concluye que, a pesar de la divulgaci車n e importancia de 谷sta, una gran parte de los estudiantes no tiene conocimiento de ella. En la misma situaci車n se encuentran los que trabajan en investigaciones No Brasil, a pesquisa com seres humanos deve obedecer as diretrizes 谷ticas previstas pela Resolu  o 196/96 do Conselho Nacional de Sa迆de do Minist谷rio da Sa迆de. Este artigo trata da avalia  o sobre o conhecimento dos alunos de p車s-gradua  o em Odontologia sobre alguns conceitos e regras estabelecidas pela Resolu  o. Concluiu-se que apesar da divulga  o e importancia desta Resolu  o, grande parte dos estudantes a desconhecem. Na mesma situa  o encontram-se os que trabalham em pesquisas In Brazil, research involving human beings must obey to ethical norms foresaw by the 196/96 National Health Council Resolution of the Ministry of Health. This paper gives account of a knowledge evaluation about some concepts and rules established by the resolution by Dental post degree students. It is concluded that in spite of the spreading and importance of the resolution most students do not know about it. In the same situation are those who work in research
