%X Las instituciones de educaci車n superior de Cuba utilizan cada vez m芍s las tecnolog赤as de la informaci車n y las comunicaciones en sus procesos formativos. Entre estas se destacan la Universidad Virtual de Salud, la Universidad de las Ciencias Inform芍ticas, la Universidad Central de Las Villas, la Universidad Agraria de La Habana, la Universidad de La Habana, entre otras, que han optado por el uso de la tecnolog赤a objeto de aprendizaje para lograr la reutilizaci車n, la accesibilidad, la durabilidad y la interoperabilidad en sus recursos educativos. El objetivo de la presente investigaci車n es desarrollar un ambiente de trabajo denominado AT-CRODA, que contribuya a la creaci車n colaborativa de objetos de aprendizaje. AT-CRODA est芍 caracterizado por el desarrollo de la gesti車n del conocimiento, la utilizaci車n de herramientas de la Web 2.0, el uso de mapas mentales y conceptuales y el empleo de una herramienta de autor web. El ambiente fue evaluado a partir del m谷todo de experto Delphi y se obtuvo el resultado de "muy adecuado". La utilizaci車n de este ambiente de trabajo en las instituciones de educaci車n Superior favorecer芍 la creaci車n colaborativa de recursos reutilizables, accesibles, duraderos e interoperables, para contribuir de esta forma a la calidad del proceso de ense anza aprendizaje. Increasingly, higher education institutions in Cuba use information and communications technology in their educational processes. Among them are the Virtual Health University, the Informatics Science University, Las Villas Central University, the Agrarian University of Havana, Havana University and others, who have opted for the use of Learning Object technology to achieve reusability, accessibility, durability and interoperability in the resources education. The objective of this research is to develop a work environment called AT-CRODA contributing to the collaborative creation of Learning Objects. AT-CRODA is characterized by the development of knowledge management, the use of Web 2.0 tools, and the use of mind and concept maps and the use of a web authoring tool. The environment was evaluated from an expert Delphi method and obtained the result of "very adequate". The use of this work environment in higher education institutions promote collaborative creation of reusable, accessible, durable and interoperable resources, thus contributing to the quality of teaching-learning process.
