%X This paper reports on investigations carried out on soil inhabiting nematodes living in andesitic rock regions ofB rzs ny Mountains. Seventeen species are listed. Heterodorus arcuatus (Thorne, 1939), new to the fauna of Hungary, isdescribed and illustrated in detail.
