Olikiabor %J Academic Research International %D 2013 %I %X The paper assessed undergraduate female studentsĄŻ level of awareness about Nigerian womenĄŻs mid-age morphologic expansion. A three-stage stratified cluster sampling was adopted in selecting 2,272 students as the sample from six tertiary institutions in South-South geopolitical zone of Nigeria. The studentsĄŻ ages ranged from 17-38 years (mean age=24 years; SD=6.2). A validated questionnaire was theinstrument for the data collection. The results show that 2,160 students attested to their level of awareness while only 112 of them showed levels of unawareness of Nigeria womenĄŻs mid-age morphologic expansion. The roles of diet psychological orientation and activity patterns in eight gains by Nigerian women at mid0age weresubstantially reported as the causative factors.
