%X This work aim to analyze the production of thesesand dissertations (T&D) of the last 10 years of theAnthropology Post-graduation Program of theUniversidade Federal de Pernambuco (PPGA¨CUFPE). It was adopted the ScientometricMethodology aiming to perform a qualitative andquantitative analysis of the T&D used by thePPGA-UFPE post-graduated students who havedefended their titles over the last 10 years andwho placed their works in the Digital Library ofThesis and Dissertations of the UniversidadeFederal de Pernambuco (BDTD ¨C UFPE). As results,it was observed the historical evolution of theT&D in the PPGA-UFPE, the most cited T&Dauthors in the T&Ds produced by the program andthe influence of T&D as information source on theelaboration of new T&Ds.
