%X O artigo analisa hist車rias de vida de jovens egressos do sistema de medidas socioeducativas, estudando-as na sua rela  o com processos da margem e da supera  o. Busca problematizar: Quem s o esses jovens? Quais suas expectativas em rela  o 角 escola? De que modo a escola se relaciona com eles? O que a fam赤lia representa em suas vidas? Como se d芍 sua rela  o com o trabalho precarizado? Que fatores, segundo os jovens, s o respons芍veis ou n o pela reconstru  o de suas vidas? O texto sugere, com base nos dados de pesquisa, a necessidade de pol赤ticas p迆blicas direcionadas a jovens egressos do sistema de medidas socioeducativas, bem como a importancia da sobreposi  o do enfoque socioeducativo sobre o correcional-repressivo na aplica  o das medidas. This article analyzes youngsters life histories who came out of the socioeducational rule system, studying in their relation with the marginalization and overcoming processes. It seeks to understand: Who are those youngsters? What are their expectations regarding school? In which ways the schools relates to them? What does the family represent in their lives? How it occurs their relationhip with the precarized labor? Which factors according to the youngsters are responsible or not for their lives reconstruction? The article suggests given the research data utilized, the need of public policies related to youngsters that come out of the socioeducative rule system as well as the importance that of the socioeducative approach be priorized in relation to the correctional-repressive approach in the aplication of the measures.
