%X By means of acoustic wave test and in-situ deformation test of rockmass,the excavation-disturbed zone and weaken degree of mechanical properties for the rockmass of the Three Gorge Project(TGP) shiplock slope are studied,and the mechanical parameters for disturbed zone rockmass are determined. The study results show that the weaken degree of strongly disturbed zone is 60% and that of weakly disturbed zone is 30%.
