%X This paper establishes the schedule risk analysis model of network planning. Based on the simulation method, schedule estimate and statistical distribution of projects are given, then the risk distribution of total period is obtained. A case study is presented in detail to illustrate the risk analysis process. The model can be used in schedule risk analysis and management decision.
