%X We have obtain a steady and reliable dyeing methods for the uniuncleate and dicaryotic hyphae of Pleurotus tuber-regium by using different foster hyphae way, comparing two kinds of fastness liquid and three dye stuff on the hyphae nuclear stain effect, and then optimization grouping.
