%X Congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) commonly occurs on the left and the patients usually present during neonatal period with respiratory distress. Rarely, the condition may occur on the right and the presentation may be delayed. This is a report of a patient with a right sided CDH who presented at three months but the correct diagnosis was at six months.
