%X ABSTRACT: The breast is rarely a primary site for extranodal lymphoma. Majority of primary Non-Hodgkin¡¯s lymphoma of breast occurring in younger age group are bilateral and those in older age group are unilateral. They are of B cell phenotype. We report a rare case of Primary Non-Hodgkin¡¯s lymphoma of Breast-B cell phenotype diagnosed on fine needle aspiration cytology and confirmed by histopathological examination and immunohistochemical markers.
