%X L¡¯ordre s¨¦curitaire au Cameroun se constitue autour d¡¯une dialectique qui met en ¨¦vidence les dynamiques s¨¦curitaires endog¨¨nes et les connexions internationales. Ces dynamiques du   dedans   et du   dehors   s¡¯instituent dans un mouvement d¡¯imbrication et d¡¯enchassement. Sur le plan interne, le processus de s¨¦curisation s¡¯op¨¨re autour d¡¯un diptyque. Celui-ci d¨¦note d¡¯une part une logique de   d¨¦s¨¦curisation   qui suppose une d¨¦construction et une recomposition de l¡¯ordre s¨¦curitaire. La d¨¦construction de la s¨¦curit¨¦ en tant que bien commun se r¨¦v¨¨le ¨¤ travers l¡¯appropriation pr¨¦sidentielle de la s¨¦curit¨¦ publique et une fabrication politique de l¡¯ins¨¦curit¨¦ comme mode de gouvernement. Aussi, les enjeux strat¨¦giques, g¨¦ostrat¨¦giques post 11 septembre des grandes puissances dans le golfe de Guin¨¦e et le bassin du Congo ainsi que l¡¯environnement   pol¨¦molog¨¨ne   qui caract¨¦rise l¡¯Afrique centrale d¨¦terminent-ils la reconstitution de la matrice s¨¦curitaire du Cameroun. In fine, l¡¯ordre politique au Cameroun qui s¡¯institue grace ¨¤ l¡¯ordre s¨¦curitaire est consubstantiel ¨¤ la domination et ¨¤ la perp¨¦tuation du pouvoir des dirigeants. Security order in Cameroon is hinged upon the relationship between endogenous security dynamics and international connections. These dynamics of the ¡®inside¡¯ and the ¡®outside¡¯ are closely intertwined. On the inside, the process of security is around a dual relationship between a logic of ¡®de-securisation¡¯ which entails the deconstruction and the restoration of the security order. Security deconstruction, as a common good, is revealed through the presidential appropriation of public security and a political engineering of insecurity as a mode of government. Also, post September 11th geo-strategical stakes of hegemons in the Gulf of Guinea and the Congo Basin, along with the ¡®polemologeneous¡¯ environment which characterizes central Africa, determine the reconstitution of the security system in Cameroon. In fine, the political order in Cameroon, which is implemented through the security order, is directly linked to the domination and perpetuation of the rule of those in power. Article text in French
