%X There are millions of Chinese workers in Japan, most as trainees and interns hired in small or medium sized industries. While they work hard and contribute great to the economic development of Japan, there also exist some problems arising from the mechanism which have to be faced by both Japanese and Chinese governments. On analyzing the status of the trainees and interns, the author exposed some problems in the system, and presents some suggestions from the legal view for the future at last.
