%X this article consists in an attempt to elaborate a guideline for the calculation of economic compensation in family law. to reach this end, a singular conception about the institution£¿s legal qualification is assumed, as a basis to set a model of quantification from the guidelines indicated by the legislator in article 62 of the civil marriage act. this will allow the establishment of certain principles and guidelines for the setting of the amount.
