%X the cystosarcoma phyllodes is a less frequent breast mixed tumor, that containing both: the epithelial and the connective tissue elements. the bilateral cystosarcoma phyllodes tumors are rare and only 7 cases are recorded in the literature. we report a case of a 48 years old female patient with bilateral cystosarcoma phyllodes.
