%X isotretinoin was tested for treatment of acne from 1982 and nowadays is used for treatment of a wide number of skin alterations. among the recommendations of the american academy of dermatology consensus conference is included the non-use of this treatment in pregnant women, however, it is not mentioned the potential risks in sexual and reproductive men health, group in which is commonly used for treatment of acne.
