%X the comparative evaluation between the thymolytic action of clobetasol jelly in liposomal form and a free clobetasol jelly of a conventional formulation was made by using adrenolectomized rats. the 6-point method was applied to determine its biological potency. it was demonstrated that the liposomal form of clobetasol jelly has an action 2.35 times higher than the formulations of free clobetasol jelly. this allows to reduce the dosage of clobetasol from the liposomal formulation.
