%0 Journal Article %T Influencia de algunos factores de riesgo cardiovasculares sobre los eventos cl¨ªnicos adversos m¨¢s frecuentes, en pacientes revascularizados con circulaci¨®n extracorp¨®rea %A Llanes Echevarr¨ªa %A Jos¨¦ Ram¨®n %A P¨¦rez L¨®pez %A Horacio %A Rodr¨ªguez Nande %A Lidia %A Sol¨ªs Cordero %A Michel %A Batista Castellanos %A Mait¨¦ %A Bacallao San Julian %A Francisco %A C¨¦spedes Arias %A Gerardo %A Mojena Morfa %A Guillermo %A Ram¨ªrez L¨®pez %A Milvio %J Revista Cubana de Cirug£¿-a %D 2011 %I Scientific Electronic Library Online %X objective: to determine how different risk factors influence on the more frequent adverse clinical events during the immediate postoperative period of patients operated on myocardial revascularization surgery with extracorporeal circulation. methods: a prospective, longitudinal and observational study was conducted in 60 patients from the institute of cardiology and cardiovascular surgery for 2008-2009. results: there was predominance of dyslipemia patients (90 %) and hypertensive patients (86.7 %). patients with manifestation of adverse clinical events showed a close association with dyslipemia (p< 0.01), a significant decrease of ejection fraction of left ventricle (p< 0.05), a significant increase of extracorporeal circulation times (p < 0.01) and ischemic arrest (p< 0.05). conclusions: the basal dyslipemia, the depressed left ventricle ejection and the length of surgical procedure, were the more significant risk factors for development of adverse clinical events during the immediate postoperative period of revascularization patients. %K extracorporeal circulation %K adverse clinical events %K risk factors %K ischemic heart disease %K dyslipemia. %U http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S0034-74932011000400006&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
