The aim of this paper is to study a series of
reforms in Russia’s
higher education after joining the Bologna Process, to analyze difficulties and
problems that Russia’s
higher education has encountered during the process of reform, and to understand the extent of Bologna’s progress in Russia and process of the implementation.
