The question why it is necessary to build the mechanics of
the structured particles, which are the systems of potentially interacting of
the material points, basing on the laws of Newtonian mechanics is discussed. We
will show how to do it without the restrictive hypotheses and assumptions used
in the classical mechanics for construction of the Hamiltonian formalism of the
systems. We will show also how concept of entropy appears in the mechanics.
Some of important problems in physics, the solution of which can help the
mechanics of structured particles, are submitted.
