The Qazvin was threaten by the Daylam from the period of Caliph Omar to domination of Seljuk. As for the period of the Seljuk, Ismailies became potentially threat of city. Two cities also called as Musa and Mubarakiyah were founded nearby the Qazvin city in the period of the Abbasids. The city was governed firstly by Caliph Omar and then in turn by Umayyads, Abbasids, Tahirids, Zaidis, Sajids, Samanids, Ziyarids, Buwayhids, Ghaznavids and Seljuks in the period of slam. Occasionally, fight of sultanete of Seljuks and of Sunni and Shiities took place in that city. That city was located in the slope of the mountains of Elbourz and it had many of jungle area and border of Daylam. Muslim geographers accept that city in the Jibal region and speak in praises of it.

Especially, Durkheim is known as the one who most intensively a laborated this concept. On the other han, togather wiht durkheim, Marx and Weber also deeply analyzed the role of division of labor in social context. While Marx claims that the division of laber in its roots, leads to exploitation, Weber and Durkheim argue that it is an inevitable phenomenon emerginig in social formation.In this study we will firstly explain the meaning of division of labor in general and secondly its place in the total systematic of Marx Sociology.

The image consciousness creates a triangular process of existence and perception in terms of subjective state. The first one is ‘spatial existence’. The spatial existence expresses the unconsciousness state of the subject, interval of existence and the state in which she perceives her own absolute reality. The subject's perception of both existences is called ‘witnessing consciousness’. In the state of witnessing, the subject exists in the whole state of watching, living and acknowledging. It is possible to say ‘sense in itself’ for the new consciousness that emerges from this state; ‘narrativeness’ for one's witnessing his own absolute reality in the ‘sense in itself’; and ‘projection’ for the state of interval existence's realization in the spatial existence. We can name this entirely new state of subject as the ‘alternative existence’, ‘interval existence’. This subject an original and is to be witneted by the history time. In this respect, sound is a new god for the new existence’s realm. We can name it ‘sound-existence’, the perception

To use the records, which reveal wide range of information on the era they belong, is still poses a problem. One of the ways of overcoming this problem is to make a list of all these records.In this study, it was aimed to contribute to current studies ongoing in this area by introducing and making a list of one of the er’iyye records, which is very important in terms of finding out on town history.

The travel writings also increased during this century. As another important source, the ‘Izmirtrade yearbooks’ forms the basis of this study. They shed light on to the social and economic history of the Izmir city. These annuals, which were published in zmir in French between 1893-1896, contain information about the city's commercial and economic structure, occupational groups and business owners at the end of that century. This study aims to evaluate well known or neglected artists and artistic occupations which documented in the ‘Izmir trade yearbooks’.

Bu mahkemelerin “ ocu un yüksek yarar ”n sa lama hususunda mevcut al malar bulunmakla beraber, daha iyi bir ocuk mahkemesi uygulamas n n nas l olmas gerekti ine ili kin hümanist dü üncenin uygulamalarda daha ok yer etmesi gerekmektedir. Despite the fact that these courts work on “the best interest of the child”, it is mandatory that the humanist thought take more place in practice on how a better child court practice should be. The items in the judgment standards that take place in various international texts such as the UN Convention on Child Rights, Minimum Standard Rules for the Administration of Juvenile Justice System, and the Rules for the Juveniles who are Deprived of their Liberty, etc. have provided the nationally based practice with progress, but the rehabilitation process of the child pushed to crime or the child who is a victim of crime takes a back seat unfortunately. What is and should be the role of the child welfare professionals who work for the support and best interest of the child in the forensic field?This study will deal with the problems that the proffesionals within the scope of the “proffesional who is in charge of social work” experience in the process of professional intervention and discuss how an effective “child court practice” should be. Buradan hareketle sanal cemaatlerin geleneksel cemaatlerden farkl l klar ve benzerlikleri ortaya konmaya al lacakt r.In recent years, the internet that has become a social environment has commenced to offer a communicative space which is independent from space and time to individuals and social organizations. This circumstance has led individuals and social organizations to organize in the internet milieu and to the emergence of the structure of virtual communities. In this sense, the concept of traditional community will be emphasized in order to make virtual communities understandable in the article. Accordingly, virtual communities will be scrutinized within the framework of how they have provided opportunities to people to share their common values and thoughts. The transfers of the structures of traditional communities to cyberspace with the emergence of these new communities will be also examined. Thus, the different aspects of virtual communities from traditional communities will be revealed.
