Abstract: Depression is characterized by a negativity bias which is a stable factor of it. The bias reflects enhanced bottom-up responses to affective stimuli,linked to deficits in amygdala and fusiform gyrus function. Abstract: ?抑郁症患者负性认知加工偏向是导致抑郁的一个主要认知因素,是抑郁症的一个稳定特质。这种偏向与对负性情绪刺激自下而上的情绪加工增强有关,表现为杏仁核和梭状回等脑区过度激活;也与自上而下的认知控制功能不足有关,表现为背外侧前额皮质、前扣带回等脑区活性不足。文章在前人研究基础上,提出了关于抑郁症情绪加工与认知控制脑机制的一个理论假说,即抑郁症的产生是由于抑郁症患者情绪加工脑区过度激活与认知控制脑区功能降低之间的相互作用而形成的恶性循环所介导。目前证明此理论假说在研究内容、研究材料、研究技术等方面还存在一些问题,这些可能是未来研究的方向。

Abstract:
目的:研究慢性脑供血不足患者的脑血管功能情况。方法:采用CBA CV300型脑血管功能(CVHI)检测仪分别对120例慢性脑供血不足患者和60例正常对照组进行测定,分析相关指标。结果:慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)患者,随着年龄的增长,平均血流量(Qmean)、最大流速(Vmax)、最小流速(Vmin)、平均流速(Vmean)和差压(DP)等呈显著下降趋势,外周阻力(Rv)、特性阻抗(Zcv)、脉搏波速(Wv)、动态阻力(DR)、临界压(CP)等指标呈现显著升高趋势。CCCI患者的积分值、流速和流量等明显低于对照组,但Rv、Wv及Zcv等明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:慢性脑供血不足是动脉粥样硬化所致,脑血管功能受损明显,卒中发病风险增加。
Objective: To study the Cerebrovascular Function in patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency (CCCI). Methods: 120 patients diagnosed as CCCI were assigned in test group, and 60 healthy people were in normal control group; they were given CBA CV300 Cerebrovascular hemodynamic indexes (CVHI) examination, and analysis of related indicators. Results: In CCCI, with the age increaing, cerebrovascular hemodynamic synthesized index, including quantity of mean blood flow (Qmean), velocity of maximum blood flow (Vmax), velocity of minimus blood flow (Vmin), velocity of mean blood flow (Vmean), pulse wave velocity (Wv), characteristic impedance (Zcv), resistance of vascular (Rv), development resistance (DR), capillary pressure (CP), pressure difference (DP). The numbers of Qmean, Vmax, Vmin, Vmean and DP appeared to obviously decline, but the numbers of Rv, Zcv, Wv, DR and CP appeared to obviously raise. The CCCI patients’ cerebrovascular hemodynamic synthesized score (CVHS), flow velocity and flow rate are significantly lower than the control group, but the Rv, Wv and Zcv, significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: CCCI is the result of atherosclerosis, and Cerebrovascular function was damaged obviously, the risk of stroke is increasing.
高功率超宽带变压器油透镜天线设计与仿真

Abstract: ?将tem喇叭天线密封进填充变压器油的尼龙天线罩中,只要合理设计尼龙天线罩外形,使变压器油形成聚焦透镜,不仅能提高天线的功率容量,还能改善其辐射特性。基于变压器油的缩波效应和椭球的几何性质,借助几何光学理论,设计了一款具有聚焦能力的椭球变压器油透镜。变压器油的缩波效应能够增大tem喇叭天线电尺寸,使tem喇叭天线的辐射特性得到初步改善,透镜的聚焦能力使天线的定向性得到进一步改善。为了验证理论分析的正确性,另外设计了一款不具有聚焦能力的球状变压器油透镜作为参照,两款透镜天线仿真结果与理论分析吻合。与大气中的tem喇叭天线相比,椭球变压器油透镜使tem喇叭天线主波束变窄,远场电压峰峰值提高56.97%,阻抗带宽低频端从0.28ghz扩展到0.2ghz,功率容量达到18.43gw。

Abstract: ?在时域推导了超宽带脉冲空间功率合成的条件,得到了多路脉冲信号在极化方向相同,幅度、波形一致的条件下,可实现最大化功率输出的结论。基于此提出了一种阵馈的抛物柱反射面天线。采用10喇叭单元叠状排列形成一维馈源阵列放置于焦线上,照射抛物柱反射面后形成相干脉冲,在主轴方向合成超宽带高功率微波波束。仿真结果表明,该阵馈天线较最优口径的单馈源天线,远场辐射功率密度提高了87倍以上,且波束宽度由66°减为8°,实现了超宽带高功率微波的高效空间功率合成。

Abstract: ?当传输线上通有电压和电流信号时,会在其周围的传输线上产生串扰响应。采用时域blt方程建立多导体传输线对多导体传输线的串扰模型,分析了不同数目和不同频率正弦波集总电压源激励下的多导体受扰线终端负载串扰电压响应特性。研究结果表明,受扰线终端负载上的串扰电压响应主要频点的个数与集总电压源的个数相同,响应频点与集总电压源的频率相等,响应幅值与相应电压源离受扰线的间距有关。

Abstract: The finite difference time domain (FDTD) computational zone was truncated by an artificial boundary, of which the geometric shape was conformal with the boundary of an arbitrary shaped scatterer. The external conformal mesh was generated by the Thompson transformation.On the truncating boundary, the time domain measured equations of invariance (MEI) were applied as a local absorbing boundary condition. So the FDTD computational domain was compressed remarkably. The numerical experiment proved that the requirement of computer storage is reduced while the numerical accuracy is not decreased.

Abstract:
目的:探讨血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平与脑出血患者预后的关系。方法:回顾性分析2010年12月~2013年12月治疗的109例脑出血患者,根据转归分为转归良好组和转归不良组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血浆BNP。结果:患者卒中病史、吸烟史、血肿体积、格拉斯哥昏迷评分、美国国立卫生研究量卒中量表评分、血肿是否破入脑室及血浆脑钠肽水平均与转归结果有密切关系(X2 = 3.678, 7.096, t = 2.962, 2.361, 3.806, X2 = 4.687, t = 4.962, P < 0.05); Logistic回归分析发现血浆脑钠肽水平与急性脑出血患者的预后相关(P = 0.032, OR = 1.789, 95% CI 1.052~3.043)。结论:血浆BNP是脑出血患者转归的危险因素之一,对患者预后的判断有一定的价值。
Objective: To study brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels and prognosis in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 109 cases with cerebral hemorrhage from December 2010 to December 2014 for the treatment was divided into 2 groups, according to the outcome of a good outcome group and poor outcome groups. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used for determination of plasma BNP. Result: There was a close relationship between patient outcomes and a previous history of stroke, smoking history, hematoma volume, Glasgow Coma Scale score, National Research Health Stroke Scale score, rupture of hematoma into the ventricle, plasma brain natriuretic peptide level. (X2 = 3.678, 7.096, t = 2.962, 2.361, 3.806, X2 = 4.687, t = 4.962, P < 0.05); Logistic regression analysis revealed a correlation between the prognosis of brain natriuretic peptide levels in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (P = 0.032, OR = 1.789, 95% CI 1.052 - 3.043). Conclusions: Plasma brain natriuretic peptide level is an independent risk factor for patients with cerebral hemorrhage and may be a useful prognostic factor for these patients.
情绪效价强度对抑郁症状个体认知控制的影响

Abstract: 目的探讨情绪刺激效价强度对抑郁症状个体认知控制的影响。方法选取重庆某大学本科生,发放问卷600份,回收有效问卷585份。利用贝克抑郁量表(Beckdepressioninventory,BDI)和自评抑郁量表(self-ratingdepressionscales,SDS)进行筛选,得到抑郁症状被试23例和健康被试23例,利用经典的双选择情绪Oddball实验范式,比较在不同情绪刺激效价强度中两组被试对目标刺激反应的正确率和反应时差异。结果①正确率:健康组(F=11.221,P<0.01)与抑郁症状组(F=12.310,P<0.01)分别在情绪效价强度(愉悦度)上有显著差异,两组在高负性、中性和低正性中目标刺激的正确率均显著高于高正性和低负性(P<0.05)。②反应时:健康组(F=2.903,P<0.05)与抑郁症状组(F=3.256,P<0.05)分别在情绪效价强度上有显著差异;健康组在高负性、中性、低正性和高正性中目标刺激的反应时显著长于低负性(P<0.05);抑郁症状组在高负性和低正性中目标刺激的反应时显著长于中性和高正性(P<0.05)。结论情绪效价强度对抑郁症状个体的认知控制影响存在差异。随着负性情绪强度的增加,抑郁症状个体认知控制反应延迟;随着正性情绪强度的增加,抑郁症状个体认知控制反应提前。
回阳返本汤浸出工艺的合理性研究

Abstract: 以回阳返本汤为样本,研究中药复方浸出工艺的合理性。通过不同工艺路线浸出液多种指标成分的定性定量比较说明:对成分复杂的中药复方,宜根据药材成分及其理化性质设计工艺路线,视成分相互作用将药材分类提取,浸出溶剂可根据有效成分的不同溶解性质使用多种溶剂。
