Abstract: AFLP is a new technique for molecular marker. Compared with RFLP, RAPD, the great number of fragment can be visualized simultaneously by AFLP. Therefore, AFLP has been widely used in plant genetics and breeding since 1993. This paper describes the AFLP technique in detail and discusses the future application of the AFLP technique in plant genetics and breeding.

Abstract: Geological studies should focus on human beings, with consideration of sustainable development diversifying study areas, and selecting what should be done. The Chinese loess research underwent fore stages: finding, comparison, and destination, and in the future we need to pay more attentions to the destination studies. Now, based on the various paleoclimatic information documented in the Chinese loess, Chinese scientists have targeted their studies on understanding the mechanism of global aridification and the human impacts on environment. They also broadened their studies from regional to global scales and proposed the concept of "Geoenvieonmental System." In the respect of fundamental research, they have discussed: (1) the continuity and hiatuses of loess-soil sequences (punctuated equilibrium); (2) the monism of loess formation and distribution on global scale; and (3) the relationship between the loess geomorphology and neotoctonics. Whereas in the respect of applied field, they discussed: (1) the relationship between the human health and the geophysiology in loess regions; (2) the problem between the urban development and the loess engineering; and (3) and the relationship between agriculture and the regionalecosystemassement, They further argued that the loess research have been challenged by the development in both social and technical fields, anyway, the most important challenge is from themselves.

Abstract: This paper proposes a high order sliding mode (HOSM) controller for robust output tracking of nonholonomic mobile robots. It can reduce the chattering of sliding mode and has certain robustness with respect to uncertainties of robot. Numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

Abstract: To deal with the problem of the component prediction for Pb-Zn agglomerate, an intelligent integratedprediction model based on the process neural network(PNN) and the improved grey system(IGS) is presented. First, the component of agglomerate is predicted by PNN and IGS models, and then, a recursive entropy algorithm for the weighting coefficients is devised from the viewpoint of the information theory. The component of Pb-Zn agglomerate is predicted by integrating the two prediction models. Application results show that the integrated model has high prediction accuracy; it predicts the components of agglomerate efficiently and meets the data-completeness requirements for proportioning computation.
对审计招投标制度适用性的质疑

Abstract:   审计招投标制度旨在引入竞争机制,提高会计师事务所的生产效率,但其却有意无意地培养了客户“按价选择”的意识,客观上加剧了市场竞争。更重要的是,对审计质量缺乏强有力的约束是该制度的最大隐患。本文通过分析审计招标的程序和招投标的竞价原理,得出我国当前不适合实施审计招投标制度的结论。  【关键词】招标投标竞价  招标投标,是在市场经济条件下买卖大宗货物、发承包工程建设项目、集中采购与提供服务项目时所采用的一种交易方式。普通的招标投标包括招标和投标两个基本环节。其中:招标指招标人向一定的对象发出要约邀请的单方法律行为,通常是采购人事先提出采购的条件和要求,邀请众多的交易对象参与竞争;投标则指符合招标文件规定资格的投标人按照招标文件要求,提出自己的报价及相应条件,通过竞争企图被招标人选中的一种交易行为。  审计招标作为探索国有资产有效监督管理形式中的重要一环,已经成为我国政府部门采购审计服务的主要手段之一。为了规范会计师事务所以投标方式承接审计业务,维护会计服务市场秩序,树立良好的职业形象,保护招标人利益、社会公众利益和投标会计师事务所的合法权益,中国注册会计师协会继2003年6月印发《会计师事务所以投标方式承接审计业务指导意见(征求意见稿)》之后,又于2005年11月4日对各地注册会计师协会下发了《会计师事务所以投标方式承接审计业务指导意见》第二次征求意见稿。同时,为了规范招标委托会计师事务所从事审计业务的活动,促进注册会计师行业的公平竞争,保护招标单位和投标会计师事务所的合法权益,财政部也于2006年1月26日下发了《委托会计师事务所审计招标规范》。

Shortcomings of applying ecological footprints to the ecological assessment of regional sustainable development

Abstract: Ecological assessment of sustainable development is one of the leading fields of international ecological economics and of researches on sustainable development. Ecological footprinting, which is a new biophysical method of ecological assessment, is developing rapidly. It quantifies the ecological sustainability of the development of a nation or an area from the standpoint of biological production. Ecological footprint analysis is superior to other biophysical methods of ecological sustainability assessment in three respects: firstly, the indices used have specific meanings; secondly, the model is easy to comprehend and readily applied to different contexts; and thirdly, the data required are widely obtainable, allowing global comparisons. However, ecological footprint analysis is not without its shortcomings. As case studies accumulate, the need to adjust theoretical models of ecological footprints is becoming increasingly apparent. Research on the theoretical shortcomings of ecological footprinting is an important preliminary to such adjustments. From a review of the latet research, we can identify six key issues in applying ecological footprint analysis to ecological assessment of regional sustainable development. First, the weakness of sustainability assessments makes it difficult to reflect the state of sustainability of the system as a whole. Second, as it is a steady state model, it lacks predictive power. Third, how to apply ecological footprint analysis over long time series is still being worked out. Fourth, the relativity of global mean productivity means that the results of assessment are relative rather than absolute. Fifth, too much weight is put on land quantity while land quality is overlooked. Sixth, the assumption that biologically productive land use types are mutually exclusive (i.e. do not overlap) ignores the possibility that they are compatible. Notwithstanding these theoretical shortcomings, the ecological footprint method can effectively assess the ecological sustainability of regional development, at least in terms of the supply and demand of biologically productive land, and at least at the global scale. However, at national, regional and local scales, the shortcomings will significantly affect the validity and accuracy of assessments. It is therefore necessary to adjust the theoretical model of the ecological footprint. An important and feasible approach to such improvement would be to add a quality dimension to the measurement units of global hectares, hectares of bioproductive land, and global average productivity of sea areas. Also, extending the analysis to the supply and demand of all kinds of biologically productive land could provide more information on ecological sustainability.

Abstract: 利用中频交流反应磁控溅射技术制备TiO2薄膜,利用AES、XRD和SEM分析了制得的TiO2薄膜的成分、结构和表面形貌,并利用多种降解对象研究了TiO2薄膜的光催化降解性能.结果发现:利用Ar/O2混合气体反应溅射纯Ti靶制备的TiO2薄膜符合化学计量比,呈现柱状生长.TiO2薄膜均为锐钛矿相,晶粒随薄膜厚度增加逐渐长大.制得的TiO2薄膜对亚甲基蓝、甲基橙和敌敌畏都具有确实的光催化降解效果,同时具有很好的光催化性能稳定性。

Abstract: TBM的开挖效果在很大程度上受到节理间距的影响,TBM掘进速度随节理间距变小而增大,但节理间距过小,会造成掌子面岩体不稳,不利于TBM开挖。锦屏II级水电站引水隧洞洞段主要以层状大理岩为主,沿洞轴线方向大理岩层层厚变化较大,从几厘米到几米不等,层面是岩体中主要的不连续面,且层面与隧道轴线大角度相交。TBM的破岩过程主要受到高地应力条件和岩体层厚的影响。从TBM破岩机制角度,分析在高地应力条件下TBM在薄层面、中薄层面和厚层面大理岩层状岩体中的开挖表现,研究岩层厚度对TBM开挖的影响。
