Exact invariants and adiabatic invariants of the singular Lagrange system

Abstract: Based on the theory of symmetries and conserved quantities of the singular Lagrange system, the perturbations to the symmetries and adiabatic invariants of the singular Lagrange systems are discussed. Firstly, the concept of higher-order adiabatic invariants of the singular Lagrange system is proposed. Then, the conditions for the existence of the exact invariants and adiabatic invariants are proved, and their forms are given. Finally, an example is presented to illustrate these results.

The exact invariants of Mei symmetry for the system without perturbation are given. The perturbation to Mei symmetry is discussed and the adiabatic invariants induced from the perturbation to Mei symmetry of the system are obtained.

Abstract: The perturbation to Lie symmetry and another type of Hojman adiabatic invariants induced from the perturbation to Lie symmetry for Birkhoffian systems are studied. The exact invariants of Lie symmetry for the system without perturbation are given. Based on the concept of adiabatic invariant, the perturbation to Lie symmetry is discussed and another new type of Hojman adiabatic invariants that have the different form from that in {\em Acta Phys. Sin.} {\bf 55} 3833] for the perturbed system are obtained.

Abstract: The perturbation problem of symmetries for the holonomic variable mass systems under small excitation is discussed. The concept of high-order adiabatic invariant is presented, and the form of adiabatic invariants and the conditions for their existence are given. Then the corresponding inverse problem is studied. Abstract: For a perturbed mechanical system in phase space, considering ${\tilde{{\rm d}}}/{ {{\rm d}t}}$ in the structure equation and process of proof including infinitesimal parameter $\varepsilon $ obviously, this paper studies the perturbation to Mei symmetry and adiabatic invariants. Firstly, the exact invariant induced directly from the Mei symmetry of the system without perturbation is given. Secondly, based on the concept of high-order adiabatic invariant, the determining equations of the perturbation to Mei symmetry are established, the condition of existence of the Mei adiabatic invariant led by the perturbation to Mei symmetry is obtained, and its form is presented. Lastly, an example is given to illustrate the application of the results.

Abstract: A system of first-order differential equations is expressed in the form of first-order Lagrange equations. Based on the theory of symmetries and conserved quantities of first-order Lagrange systems, the perturbation to the symmetries and adiabatic invariants of first-order Lagrange systems are discussed. Firstly, the concept of higher-order adiabatic invariants of the first-order Lagrange system is proposed. Abstract: This paper analyses perturbations of Noether symmetry, Lie symmetry, and form invariance for super-long elastic slender rod systems. Criterion and structure equations of the symmetries after disturbance are proposed. Considering perturbation of all infinitesimal generators, three types of adiabatic invariants induced by perturbation of symmetries for the system are obtained.

The exact invariants introduced by the Lie symmetries of Lagrangian system without perturbation are given. Based on the definition of high-order adiabatic invariants of a mechanical system, the perturbation of Lie symmetries for Lagrangian system with the action of small disturbance is investigated, and a type of Hojman adiabatic invariants of the system are obtained. An example is given to illustrate the application of the results.

The exact invariants introduced by the form invariance of the nonholonomic controllable mechanical system in phase space without perturbation are given. Based on the definition of high-order adiabatic invariants of the mechanical system, the perturbation to symmetries and the adiabatic invariant for nonholonomic controllable mechanical system in phase space under the action of small disturbance is investigated, then the form of high-order adiabatic invariants and the conditions for their existence are presented. An example is finally given to illustrate the application of the results.
