Bacterial Influence on Textile Wastewater Decolorization  [PDF]

Abstract: The study aims to isolate and optimize bacterial strains having the ability to degrade and decolorize azo dyes produced in the final effluent of textile dying industries. In this regard, ten bacterial strains were isolated from wastewater treatment plants, and most of them were subjected to the colored effluents resulting from dilapidated houses. The ability of these bacterial isolations to use a wide range of azo dyes to determine the sole carbon source was determined. According to these screening testes, two bacterial isolations were selected as the most potent decolorizer for azo dyes, and they were identified as Comamanas acidovorns-TN1 and Burkholdera cepace-TN5. The optimization process started with the addition of 1 g/l yeast extract, where the decolorization ability of the two strains increased sharply and according to this experiment, the two azo dyes, Acid orange 7 and Direct blue 75, were selected to complete the study. The effect of different conditional and chemical factors on the decolorization process of Acid orange 7 and Direct blue 75 by Comamanas acidovorns-TN1 and Burkholdera cepace-TN5 was studied. Factors that contributed to the difference were different pH, temperature, incubation period, inoculum size, carbon source, nitrogen source and the respective concentrations of yeast extract. This study recommends the application of the two most potent bacterial strains in the decolorization of the azo dyes, along with acid orange 7 and direct blue 75, specifically in the industrial effluents under all nutritional and environmental conditions.

Abstract: The theory of Economics of Language holds that the relationship of language learning and language application is just like investment and benefit. Business English teaching is an investment that can bring economic benefits, so we should try to get a higher return with a lower cost. With an analysis of economic value of business English practical teaching, this paper puts forward some principles and strategies for business English practical teaching. Optimizing the allocation of education resources and establishing a practical teaching system highlighting both language skills and business practice can maximize the economic benefit of Business English education.

Abstract: The growing update of computer and global technology provides the raw energy for college English teaching to start a revolution and development. How to deal with the teaching methods by using computer network to build a pluralistic system of interactive teaching for college English curriculum is a serious problem. This paper combines the characteristics of college English teaching, exploring the teaching ways of teaching mode and multi-interaction network of college English. Besides, it also reviews the evidence which is based on independent learning theory and several learning models, analyses the relationship between the advantages of computer network teaching and learning ability of students and enhances the benefits between teaching in practice and computer networks teaching. According to the research and survey of the College English Teaching Model of a University, it validated the role in promoting new teaching model to improve students’ self-learning ability.
Noncanonical Polynomial Representations of Classical Lie Algebras

Abstract: Using the skew-symmetry of the differential operators and multiplication operators in the canonical representations of finite-dimensional classical Lie algebras, we obtain some noncanonical polynomial representations of the classical Lie algebras. The representation spaces of all polynomials are decomposed into irreducible submodules, which are infinite-dimensional. Bases for the irreducible submodules are constructed. In particular, we obtain some new infinite-dimensional irreducible modules of symplectic Lie algebras that are not of highest weight type.
Structure of polynomial representations for orthosymplectic Lie superalgebras

Abstract: Orthosymplectic Lie superalgebras are fundamental symmetries in modern physics, such as massive supergravity. However, their representations are far from being thoroughly understood. In the present paper, we completely determine the structure of their various supersymmetric polynomial representations obtained by swapping bosonic multiplication operators and differential operators in the canonical supersymmetric polynomial representations. In particular, we obtain certain new infinite-dimensional irreducible representations and new composition series of indecomposable representations for these algebras.
On polynomial representations of classical strange Lie superalgebras

Abstract: In this paper, various polynomial representations of strange classical Lie superalgebras are investigated. It turns out that the representations for the algebras of type P are indecomposable, and we obtain the composition series of the underlying modules. As modules of the algebras of type Q, the polynomial algebras are decomposed into a direct sum of irreducible submodules.

Effect of Modified Breakfast-Education for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus: A Single-Center Randomized Clinical Trial  [PDF]

Abstract: Objective: The effect of postprandial blood glucose (BG) by eating modified noodles and health education in type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM) patients was observed. Methods: To select T2DM patients who need therapies in hospital from June to September 2017 and divide the patients into study (n?= 41, Dried Noodles) and control (n?= 39, Noodles with Soup) groups. After 3 months, the clinical/biochemical parameters and compliance of two groups were observed. Results: The study group has lower clinical/biochemical parameters and higher compliance than control group for 3 months of intervention. The difference between the two groups is statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The improvement of breakfast and health education mode effectively controls T2DM, promotes the development of good living habits of patients, and improves self-management ability and compliance of patients.
Application of Modeling Drugs in Animal Models of Chemical Phlebitis: Review  [PDF]

Abstract: Objective: This review aims to determine the impact of different drugs and methods on the successful establishment of an animal model for chemical phlebitis (CP). Design: Search the Cochrane Library, ProQuest Academic Journal Library, PubMed, Web of Science, Ovid, Embase, CINAHL complete (EESCO) and other related databases to determine the literature. Screen out articles consistent with this review and summarize them. Results: Since the establishment of the database, a total of 1463 articles have been retrieved. After reading the title, abstract and full text, and excluding non-related and duplicate articles, 22 reports were finally included. Among them, there are 8 articles using different medication methods to compare the effects of establishing a CP model. The included articles explored the effects of different animal models, drug types, and their dose, concentration, speed, and time on the CP model. Conclusion: The factors of dose, concentration and time were positively correlated with the incidence of CP. The effect of speed factors on CP and the results of different animal models are inconsistent. It requires further research in the future.
Oscillator Variations of the Classical Theorem on Harmonic Polynomials

Abstract: We study two-parameter oscillator variations of the classical theorem on harmonic polynomials, associated with noncanonical oscillator representations of sl(n) and o(n). We find the condition when the homogeneous solution spaces of the variated Laplace equation are irreducible modules of the concerned algebras and the homogeneous subspaces are direct sums of the images of these solution subspaces under the powers of the dual differential operator. This establishes a local (sl(2),sl(n)) and (sl(2),o(n)) Howe duality, respectively. In generic case, the obtained irreducible o(n)-modules are infinite-dimensional non-unitary modules without highest-weight vectors. As an application, we determine the structure of noncanonical oscillator representations of sp(2n). When both parameters are equal to the maximal allowed value, we obtain an infinite family of explicit irreducible (G,K)-modules for o(n) and sp(2n). Methodologically we have extensively used partial differential equations to solve representation problems.
