Abstract: A technology for preparing optical thin films is introduced.A Si/SiO2 mixed thin film is evaporated onto K9 glass by double source electron beam evaporation.The results show that the reflectivity index of the mixed thin film changes with the proportion of the Si and SiO2 evaporation rate,and its value changes between that of Si and SiO2.The rules between the proportion of the evaporation rates and the reflectivity index is obtained through the experiment.The advantages of the technology are discussed.

Abstract: 设计并制作了一种具有两段楔形(Taper)多模干涉波导(Multimode Interferometer Waveguide,MMI)级联的大功率半导体激光器。利用3D束传播算法(Beam Propagation Method,BPM),模拟计算了光场在楔形多模干涉波导的传播和损耗,设计出器件的最佳尺寸。激光器材料采用小应变InGaAs/InGaAsP多量子阱有源区加InGaAsP(1.2Q)限制层的三明治结构,器件的制作则采用传统的F-P激光器的制作工艺。在25℃,加连续电流条件下,激光器的饱和输出功率达到32mW,饱和电流达到600mA,并实现稳定的单横模输出。相比于单脊窄条的F-P激光器(饱和输出功率9.8mW)、相同长度的矩形MMI级联的激光器(饱和输出功率21.8mW),由于具有更大的有源区,楔形MMI级联的激光器具有较大的饱和输出功率、较小的电阻等特点。

Abstract: High output powers and wide range tuning have been achieved in a sampled grating distributed Bragg reflector laser with an integrated semiconductor optical amplifier. Tilted amplifier and anti-reflection facet coating are used to suppress reflection. We have demonstrated sampled grating DBR laser with a tuning range over 38 nm, good wavelength coverage and peak output powers of more than 9 mW for all wavelengths.

Abstract: 我们研制了一种带有插入电荷层和倒台型脊波导结构的新型集总型电吸收调制器(DU-EAM)。同时,为了验证这种新型器件具有低的RC时间数,我们也制备了另外两种具有直脊波导的集总型电吸收调制器作为实验参照组,其中一个含有电荷层,另一个不含电荷层。三种器件的测试结果表明,被插入一层电荷层的两种器件(D-EAM和DU-EAM)的电容明显小于普通的电吸收调制器。-3v偏压下,三种器件—N-EAM, D-EAM, DU-EAM 的电容分别为0.375PF, 0.225PF and 0.325PF,最佳偏置电压-3v下对应的最高调制带宽可以达到28.3GHz。DU-EAM因为具有较宽的有源区宽度,其-3V下的调制消光比高达25dB,-1v至-2v间调制效率高达13dB/v。

Abstract: The title compound, [Ir(C11H8N)2(C17H19O2)], has an octahedral coordination geometry around the IrIII atom, retaining the cis-C,C,trans–N,N chelate disposition of the two 2-phenylpyridine ligands. The chelate rings are nearly mutually perpendicular [the interplanar angles range from 85.48 (17) to 89.17 (19)°]. The two 2-(2-pyridyl)phenyl ligands are approximately planar, with the plane of the phenyl ring being inclined to that of the pyridine ring by 2.3 (3) and 5.1 (3)° in the two ligands. The interplanar angle between the phenyl ring in 3-benzoyl-camphor and the IrO2C3 chelate ring is 35.5 (2)°.

Abstract: With the test model of bionic underwater vehicle based on undulatory propulsion of long flexible fin as the background, the paper studies the undulatory propulsion dynamics of the long flexible fin of Gymnarchus Niloticus. Assuming that the fin bone vibrates according to a sine law, this paper establishes the mathematical model of undulatory curved surface of the long flexible fin. Then using the resistive theory and a modified hypothesis about fluid, the propulsion force generated by undulation of the long flexible fin is analyzed, and the dynamic model is obtained. Finally, with the aid of numerical simulation, the paper obtains the formula for hydrodynamic force and moment of the bionic long flexible fin of the test model caused by the fin undulatory movement. This formula provides a theoretical basis for dynamic analysis and control system design of bionic underwater vehicle.

Abstract: 常规的向量场方法在处理无人机曲线路径跟踪问题时很容易受非定常风扰的影响而使得跟踪误差增加,因此很多方法采用用无人机的惯性坐标系(地速和方位角)替代机体坐标系(空速和偏航角)的方式来提高抗风性能。但是,这种方式只能处理大小和方向均恒定的风扰,这在实际飞行中是过于理想的假设。为了克服这些不足,提出了一种采用侧偏距的积分来主动抵消非定常风扰的积分向量场方法用于固定翼无人机曲线路径跟踪控制。根据期望路径的曲率及路径角,结合无人机自身的状态信息设计了曲线路径跟踪策略,并且使用李雅普诺夫理论证明了提出的方法能够确保闭环系统的全局渐进稳定。最后,使用高性能半实物仿真系统验证了提出方法的抗风跟踪性能。
The conventional vector field method is very susceptible to unsteady wind disturbances in the handling of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) curved path following problems, which increases the tracking error. Therefore, many methods use the inertial coordinate system of a vehicle (the ground speed and the course) instead of the body coordinate system (the airspeed and the yaw angle) to improve the wind resistance. However, this method can only handle the wind disturbances with constant amplitude and direction, which is an ideal assumption in actual flight. In order to overcome these deficiencies, an integrated vector field method was proposed for actively cancelling unsteady wind disturbances using the integral of side-offsets for the curved path following of a fixed-wing UAV. According to the curvature of the desired path and the path angle, the curved path following strategy was designed on the basis of the state information of the vehicle itself, and the Lyapunov theory was used to prove that the proposed method can ensure the global asymptotic stability of the closed loop system. Finally, the wind tracking performance of the proposed method was verified through the high performance hardware-in-the-loop simulation system.

Abstract: Developing large- and intermediate-scale biogas project is an important gripper ofBeijingrural energy construction and “Green Beijing” construction. The existing projects have made obvious energy and environment benefits, but the overall effects have not been fully exerted. There is still a large gap betweenBeijing’s ecological civilization goal and the operation effect. This paper takes biogas projects ofBeijingseven mountainous counties as examples, the development status, ecological environment construction and existing problems of operating are explained respectively. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for promoting the sustainable development of biogas project inBeijing, such as strengthening technical innovation and setting standards, innovating development patterns and planning reasonable layout, improve the maintenance mechanism and intensify policy support.

Abstract: Traditional ECG acquisition system lacks for flexibility. To improve the flexibility of ECG acquisition system and the signal-to-noise ratio of ECG, a new ECG acquisition system was designed based on DAQ card and Labview and oversampling was implemented in Labview. And analog signal conditioning circuit was improved on. The result indicated that the system could detect ECG signal accurately with high signal-to-noise ratio and the signal processing methods could be adjusted easily. So the new system can satisfy many kinds of ECG acquisition. It is a flexible experiment platform for exploring new ECG acquisition methods.
